2nd Pillar Projects was established in 2001 by Clive Dibben, an award winning agricultural journalist.
Clive served for four years as a Specialist with the House of Commons Select Committee on Agriculture and spent several more developing and promoting assurance and quality schemes with internationally-recognised, independent Certification Bodies. Clive was the inaugural recipient of the Meat New Zealand Link Foundation Travel Scholarship to New Zealand and is a graduate of what is now Harper Adams University College, where he topped his year. Having grown up on a mixed farm in Dorset, Clive has a strong understanding of the everyday, practical issues facing rural businesses and the people who run them. He also understands the complex national and international policy framework in which they must operate. |
