Rural enterprises are more than a job.  They are a way of life.  

 

That simple truth causes more problems for the people and organisations that work in rural areas than any other.  It also presents unique challenges for the largely urban and metropolitan-based businesses, Government and NGOs with which they must deal.

 

We understand the issues involved, because we live with them everyday.  We also believe that they represent unique opportunities for those willing and able to grasp them.

 

2nd Pillar Projects is based in rural Dorset, but has undertaken work for businesses and organisations based throughout the UK.  We also have experience of the EU and other international organisations.

 

We are used to bridging the communications gaps between town and country and between policy makers and those whose lives they influence.
