2nd Pillar Projects was established in 2001 by Clive Dibben, an award winning agricultural journalist.

​Clive served for four years as a Specialist with the House of Commons Select Committee on Agriculture and spent several more developing and promoting assurance and quality schemes with internationally-recognised, independent Certification Bodies.
